Cram, James W.
James W. Cram was a Boston Hairdresser at 379 1/2 Washington Street in 1850. He had a gymnasium in 50-51, and was not listed again until 55. From 55 to 57 he was employed by Quincy House, 14 London. It's very possible that the Hair Tonic was marketed by Quincy House.

Products:
Cram's Lightning Hair Dye (listed in the Jack Fortmeyer collection)
  Cram's Vegetable Hair Tonic
