I saw this hair preparation in the window of the old Drug Store in Columbia California. The bottle was still in the box, so I don't have a descriptiption, but it was probably about 8" tall, and rectangular. The box said the product was "G.S. Wait's Dandruff Remedy & Hair Tonic, established in 1860." It was being sold by Geo Z. Wait after 1906. They were from Sacramento, California.
