Sayman's Dandrocide
This product was sold by Thomas M. Sayman of St, Louis. He was born in Indiana around 1854. In 1900 he listed his occupation as "Manufacturer of Patent Medicines." By 1910 he called himself a Manufacturer of Toilet Supplies and in 1920 he was listed as just "Manufacturer."
