Albert Kronkosky, of San Antonio, Texas, registered the word "Ozonate" as a Trademark for a "Hair Dressing" in 1901 (TM #37,219). He said he had been selling the brand since 1899. The Trademark consisted of the brand name on a representation of an ox.
