Alexander K. McKee, of West Brownsville, Penn., registered this brand name as a trademark in 1882. He said he had just started selling the brand earlier the same year. The copy I got of the label was poor, so I've transcribed the text below. The picture on the label was McKee. McKee said the label covered the entire bottle, so it was probably unembossed.A.K.
