Devner indicated that the Garfield Tea Co. from Brooklyn sold this product around 1900. She said they were in business from 1881 to 1913. I found the company listed in Detroit in 1873, and in Brooklyn from 1900 until 1933. In 1933, Lorentz H. Jensen was President. "Garfield's Hair Tea" was listed for sale in the 1901Morrison & Plummer catalog.
