Franklin's Eagle Hair Restorer
Belle F. Kerr, of Columbus, Ohio, registered the word "Eagle" as a Trade Mark for a Hair Restorative in 1903 (TM #40,107). She had been selling the brand name since 1902. It is very possible that this was her preparation. I also found an "Eagle Drug Store" in Columbus in 1862. In 1927, the product was being sold by the Brighton Chemical Co., of Lake View Ohio.
