Their business was called William Hedges & Co.'s Chemical Laboratory, and it was located on Main street at that time. They claimed to have been selling the brand since 1872. A label was included with the trademark Petition as an example of how the trademark was being used (shown). The product was a Ladies Hair Dressing, and the label claimed it was "Perfectly adapted to all conditions or the hair," and that it "Cures all eruptions." |
