| William Clevenger was a Patent Medicine Manufacturer in Minneapolis, Minnesota starting in 1888. His business was initially at 1915 Washington Avenue N. Around 1890, the business name was changed to the Clevenger Hair Balsam Co. The business moved and changed hands several times between 1888 and 1906. I'm not sure exactly when Clevenger himself left or sold the company, but by 1899, it was being managed by S. D. Ogg. The latest I found the product listed for sale was 1911.
