This description and picture are courtesy of fellow collector Ed Gray. He said the bottom is embossed "CLG" indicating it was made by the Carr Lowrey Glass Co. of Baltimore. They were in business starting in 1889. The brand name was probably taken from a famous film of the same name in 1914.
